employment and succeed in the career for which they have trained.
To accomplish this we will:

our training is relevant and in demand by local employers.

Involve local employers in program
development and revision

Regularly query employment counselors
to determine employment trends

Monitor industry employment and
certification trends

Strengthen
each student's self esteem.

Treat each student as an individual,
realizing that each has a unique personality, abilities and learning style

Emphasize successes rather than
failures
o
Allow entrance to only programs in
which success is likely

Reconcile student perceived
progress to actual progress

Take a genuine interest in
each student's success

best instruction possible

Regularly solicit student comments and
feedback
o
Adjust curriculum and instructional
techniques when needed
o
Provide continuing education
opportunities for instructors
